Today’s colorful salad bowl has power greens, sweet peppers, jicama, cucumbers, red cabbage and avocado tossed in homemade herb vinaigrette. It’s amazing how dedication to an eating plan for only 21 days can help you lose 14 pounds or more. That is what it has done for me on day 19.

Lemony Fresh Kale
1 bunch Kale (cleaned from stems)
1 lemon (juice from)
Dash Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Toasted Pine Nuts
Sauté Kale until softened then add lemon juice and season with pink himalayan salt. Top with toasted pine nuts.😉
